అక్షిత సొనవనే ప్రధాన పాత్రధారులుగా గాలు పాలు డ్రీమ్ ఎంటర్టైన్మెంట్ పతాకంపై శంకర్ ముడావత్ దర్శకత్వంలో సంజయ్ షా నిర్మిస్తున్న చిత్రం “ప్రత్యర్థి”. ఈ చిత్రం ప్రారంభోత్సవం నవంబర్ 21న హైదరాబాద్ రామానాయుడు స్టూడియోలో ఘనంగా ప్రారంభమైంది. పూజా కార్యక్రమాలు అనంతరం రవి వర్మ, వంశీ, అక్షిత సొనవనే లపై చిత్రీకరించిన ముహూర్తపు సన్నివేశానికి ప్రముఖ నిర్మాత రాజ్ కందుకూరి క్లాప్ నివ్వగా, నాగర్ కర్నూల్ టి ఆర్ యస్ శాసన సభ్యులు మర్రి జనార్దన్ రెడ్డి కెమెరా స్విచ్ ఆన్ చేశారు. అనంతరం ఏర్పాటైన పాత్రికేయుల సమావేశంలో నటులు రవి వర్మ, వంశీ, అక్షిత, ముఖ్యఅతిధి మర్రి జనార్దన్ రెడ్డి, దర్శకుడు శంకర్ ముడావత్, నిర్మాత సంజయ్ షా, కెమెరామెన్ రాకేష్ గౌడ్ మైస పాల్గొన్నారు..
ముఖ్యఅతిధి శాసన సభ్యులు మర్రి జనార్దన్ రెడ్డి మాట్లాడుతూ… శంకర్ మంచి ప్రతిభగల దర్శకుడు. ప్రత్యర్థి టైటిల్ చూస్తేనే చాలా పవర్ ఫుల్ గా అనిపిస్తుంది. దానికి తగ్గట్లుగానే కథ రెడీ చేసుకున్నారు టీం. క్రైమ్, సస్పెన్స్ థ్రిల్లర్ తో రూపొందిస్తున్న ఈ చిత్రం ఆధ్యతం ఆసక్తి కరంగా కొనసాగుతుంది. కమర్షియల్ అంశాలతో పాటు సమాజానికి మంచి సందేశాన్ని ఇచ్చేవిధంగా ఈ చిత్రం ఉంటుందని ఆశిస్తున్నాను. ఈ సినిమా ఘనవిజయం సాధించి నిర్మాత సంజయ్ షా మరిన్ని మంచి చిత్రాలు తీయాలని కోరుకుంటున్నాను.. అన్నారు.
చిత్ర నిర్మాత సంజయ్ షా మాట్లాడుతూ… బాలీవుడ్ లో కొంతమంది స్నేహితులతో కలిసి కొన్ని సినిమాలు నిర్మించాను. తెలుగులో ఇది నా మొదటి సినిమా. క్రైమ్ థ్రిల్లర్ తో సాగే ఈ చిత్రం ఫస్ట్ నుండి లాస్ట్ వరకు ఉత్కంఠ కలిగించే సన్నివేశాలతో ప్రేక్షకులను థ్రిల్ చేసే విధంగా ఉంటుంది. మా టీం అంతా మంచి హిట్ సినిమా తియ్యలనే కసితో వర్క్ చేస్తున్నారు. ఈ రోజు నుండి రెగ్యులర్ షూటింగ్ జరుగుతోంది.. అన్నారు.
చిత్ర దర్శకుడు శంకర్ ముడావత్ మాట్లాడుతూ… సస్పెన్స్ థ్రిల్లర్ మెయిన్ కథాంశంగా ఇన్వెస్టిగేషన్ స్క్రీన్ ప్లైతో సాగే చిత్రమిది. ప్రత్యర్థి టైటిల్ కి తగ్గట్లే సినిమా చాలా ఇంట్రెస్టింగ్ గా ఉంటుంది.. ఈ రోజు నుండి డిసెంబర్ 4వరకు ఫస్ట్ షెడ్యూల్ ఉంటుంది. మళ్ళీ 20నుండి జనవరి నెలాఖరుకు జరిగే షెడ్యూల్ తో సినిమా షూటింగ్ పూర్తి చేయాలని ప్లాన్ చేశాం.. రవి వర్మ, వంశీ, అక్షిత ముఖ్య పాత్రలు పోషిస్తున్నారు.. ఈ సినిమా చేసే అవకాశం ఇచ్చిన మా నిర్మాత సంజయ్ గారికి, నన్ను మా టీంని బ్లెస్ చేయడానికి వచ్చిన జనార్దన్ రెడ్డి గారికి, రాజ్ కందుకూరి గారికి నా థాంక్స్.. అన్నారు.
నటుడు రవి వర్మ మాట్లాడుతూ.. ఈ చిత్రంలో ఒక ముఖ్య క్యారెక్టర్ లో యాక్ట్ చేస్తున్నాను. ప్రత్యర్థి కాన్సెప్ట్ నాకు బాగా నచ్చింది. ఇదొక సస్పెన్స్ థ్రిల్లర్.. సినిమా బిగినింగ్ నుండి ఎండింగ్ వరకు అనేక ట్విస్టులతో రన్ అవుతుంది. సంజయ్ షా గారు హిందీలో మంచి సినిమాలు తీశారు. తెలుగులో ఇది ఫస్ట్ ఫిల్మ్. ఈ అవకాశం ఇచ్చిన దర్శకుడు శంకర్ కి నా థాంక్స్.. అన్నారు.
హీరోయిన్ అక్షిత సొనవనే మాట్లాడుతూ…. ఈ సినిమాలో నటిస్తున్నందుకు చాలా ఎక్సయిటింగ్ గా ఉంది. తెలుగులో నాకు ఇది తొలి సినిమా. ఈ అవకాశం ఇచ్చిన నిర్మాత, దర్శకులకు థాంక్స్.. అన్నారు.

Crime And Suspense Thriller ‘Prathyardhi’ Launched
Ravi Varma, Vamshi, Akshata Sonawane and Rohit Bahl starrer crime and suspense thriller ‘Prathyardhi’ to be directed by Shankar Mudavath and produced by Sanjay Shah under the banner of Gaalu Paalu Dream Entertainment has been launched today grandly with Pooja ceremony at Ramanaidu Studio in Hyderabad.
For the first shot on Ravi Varma, Vamshi and Akshata Sonawane, TRS MLA Janardhan Reddy switched on the camera, while popular producer Raj Kandukuri sounded the clapboard. Later, Ravi Varma, Vamshi, Akshata Sonawane, chief guest Marri Janardhan Reddy, director Shankar Mudavath, producer Sanjay Shah and cinematographer Rakesh Goud Maisa took part in press meet.
The chief guest of the event, MLA Marri Janardhan Reddy said, “Shankar is a very talented director. The title Prathyardhi sounds very powerful. The team has prepared the story to give justification to the title. Laced with crime and suspense elements, the film will be engaging all through. I hope this film will have a good message for the society along with the commercial ingrediants. I wish the film will become a huge success and producer Sanjay Shah will make more good films.”
Producer Sanjay Shah said, “I have produced few films in Bollywood with my friends. This is my first film in Telugu. The crime thriller film will thrill the audience with edge of the seat scenes from start to end. Our team is working really hard with an intention of delivering a super hit. Regular shooting commences from today.”
Director Shankar Mudavath said, “The film with suspense thriller backdrop will be narrated with an investigation screenplay. True to the title Prathyardhi, the movie will be very interesting. The first schedule will begin from today and it will continue till December 4th. We plan to wrap up the shooting with a schedule from the 20th of December to the end of January. Ravi Varma, Vamshi and Akshata are playing the lead roles. I really thank my producer Sanjay Shah garu who gave me the opportunity to direct the film and Janardhan Reddy garu and Raj Kandukuri garu who attended the event to bless our team.”
Actor Ravi Varma said, “I am playing an important role in this film. I really loved the concept of Prathyardhi. It is a suspense thriller with many twists and turns from beginning to the end. Sanjay Shah made some good films in Hindi. This is his first film in Telugu. I thank director Shankar for giving me this opportunity.”
Heroine Akshata Sonawane said, “I’m very excited to be part of this movie. This is my first film in Telugu. I thank my producer and director for giving me this opportunity.”
Vamshi said, “Prathyardhi is a very interesting film. I am doing a superb character in this film. Everyone will like this movie.”
Cameraman Rakesh Goud Maisa said, “I had worked as a camera operator for 20 films. This is my 4th film as a cameraman. We will work together for the best output.”
